We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students interested in Cybersecurity courses and certifications, handle admission enquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Explain Cybersecurity courses, certifications, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand students' interests and suggest suitable courses.
Handle admission enquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.
Maintain student and lead records.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Required Skills
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge or interest in Cybersecurity.
Valuable Hindi and English communication.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Ability to handle calls and follow-ups.
Qualification
Graduate or undergraduate in any stream. Freshers are welcome.
