House of Sansa, a Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery Brand, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team full-time in Raipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customers and provide a premium, personalized jewellery buying experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery and diamonds
Handle walk-in customers, enquiries and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups
Assist in showcasing jewellery, explaining product details, diamonds, gemstones and pricing
Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution
Maintain a qualified and premium brand image at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in the jewellery industry is required
Robust sales and customer-handling skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Good knowledge of jewellery, diamonds and gemstones
Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
Proactive, target-oriented and detail-oriented
Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
Working Hours:10 hours per day, 6 days a week
