Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive candidate to manage client relationships and coordinate event requirements from initial discussion to successful execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in the event management industry and be comfortable handling clients, coordinating with internal teams, and managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
Understand client requirements and event objectives.
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and other internal teams.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and event-related documents.
Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle.
Coordinate with vendors and other external partners when required.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.




Support the team in planning and executing events.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Identify prospects for repeat business and additional requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in the event management industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling clients and conducting meetings.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Presentable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
