Assign leads to the appropriate sales representative when required.
Maintain complete lead records and communication history.
Lead Qualification
Contact current leads and understand their requirements.
Verify customer profile, product requirements, quantity, location, and purchase timeline.
Identify qualified opportunities and prioritize them for follow-up.
Maintain lead status updates in CRM.
Follow-Up & Conversion
Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Ensure no lead remains unattended.
Follow up on quotations and proposals.
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Sales Pipeline Management
Track every lead from inquiry to closure.
Maintain pipeline stages:

Ensure CRM is updated daily.
Generate reports on pipeline movement and conversion rates.
Customer Coordination
Coordinate between customers and internal teams.
Track order status and communicate updates.
Ensure smooth onboarding of recent customers.
Support customers during the initial order process.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor lead response times.
Track lead sources and conversion performance.
Analyze reasons for lost opportunities.
