Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Modular Kitchen Designer to join our team. This role combines design expertise with retail sales , requiring the ability to understand client needs, create functional and aesthetic designs, and drive showroom sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage showroom walk-ins and drive sales conversions :
Understand customer requirements and provide customized kitchen & wardrobe solutions :
Create 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD :
Deliver effective product presentations and consultations :
Ensure excellent customer service (pre & post sales) :
Handle customer queries and grievance resolution :
Coordinate order processing, execution, and delivery :
Maintain inventory and stock monitoring :
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings :
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Travel for business requirements, if needed
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Retail/Furniture/Modular Kitchen Industry
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (2D & 3D design) :
Solid communication and negotiation skills :
Basic computer proficiency :
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach :
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe designing :
Robust presentation and interpersonal skills :
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
