Job Summary : Manage medical records and registers to ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation aligned with NMC requirements.

Key Responsibilities :
Maintain OPD/IPD records, discharge summaries, MLC cases
Ensure documentation readiness for inspections
Manage EMR/HMIS systems
Implement ICD coding and reporting systems
Ensure confidentiality and compliance

Required Qualifications :
MBA/BBA in Hospital Administration
5+ years experience in hospital MRD

Preferred Skills :
Experience in medical college/hospital setup
Knowledge of NMC documentation
