Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail and sales staff
Manage attendance, shifts, leave, and manpower planning across stores
Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
Coordinate with sales teams for staffing, incentives, and performance tracking
Support marketing campaigns, store promotions, and product activations
