Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and potential customers .
Generate sales orders and leads for FMCG products.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback .
Inform customers about new product launches, schemes, and promotions .
Maintain and update customer database and call records .
Coordinate with the sales team (TSI/ASM) for order processing and delivery updates.
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints .
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Desired Profile :_
10+2/ Graduate / Undergraduate with 0 -3 years of telecalling or sales experience (preferably FMCG).
Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English .
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems .
Solid persuasion and customer handling skills.
