Maintenance & Repair : Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on structural elements, including roofing, concrete, steel structures, and plumbing systems.
Project Management : Managing maintenance contractors, subcontractors, and in-house technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Compliance : Ensuring all maintenance work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Documentation : Maintaining detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work; producing reports for management.
Budget & Material Management : Ordering materials, tools, and components; managing the maintenance budget for projects.
