Payroll & Compliance*
Monthly payroll processing
PF, ESI, PT, challans and monthly statutory filings
F&F; settlements, salary revisions,
PMS - Performance Management System*
Drive appraisal cycle, goal setting, and ratings for all staff
Share performance reports with HODs and CEO
Coordinate PIP and training needs based on PMS data
RTC - Roster & Time Compliance*
Manage attendance, shift rosters, and leave
Handle sandwich leave policy, OT, and double deduction cases
Resolve employee grievances related to attendance/pay
5.Must Have knowledge of using Ai in HR Related activities is appreciated
Required Qualifications
Education : MBA in HR / PGDM HR
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
