Role Overview

You will be the primary link between surgeons, hospitals and VITTOMED’s product line including surgical cameras, surgical loupes, surgical power tools and OT devices. The role involves in-OT product demonstrations, driving clinical trials, building surgeon relationships and converting them into recurring business

Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate VITTOMED’s surgical devices in hospitals and clinics across Kerala
Perform live OT demos and assist surgeons or nursing staff during trials
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build strong relationships with surgeons, biomedical departments and purchase teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify key accounts and plan strategic hospital penetration
Provide training and product knowledge sessions for hospital staff
Execute installations and coordinate after-sales support with the technical team
Participate in workshops, CMEs and clinical events to boost brand presence
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and company policies
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
1+ years experience in medical device/surgical equipment sales




Excellent clinical communication skills with strong Malayalam + English fluency
Demonstrated success in hospital field sales and achieving targets
Strong problem-solving ability in quick-paced OT environments
Positive technical aptitude in imaging/optics devices is a strong advantage
Willing to travel extensively across Kerala

Pay: ₹265,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
