Location : Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Kheradi (Gujarat) & Raisen (MP) Plant Capacity : 3-4 MW Solar PV Plant Experience : 2-5 Years Employment Type : Full-Time
We are looking for a Solar O&M; Engineer to manage the operations and maintenance of a 3-4 MW Solar PV power plants in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Kheradi (Gujarat) & Raisen (MP) . The role involves ensuring maximum plant performance, preventive maintenance, and quick troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily solar plant operations and generation performance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear
- Analyze SCADA data and generation reports to optimize plant output
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance logs,
generation reports, and site documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise site technicians

Requirements : Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering 2-5 years experience in Solar PV plant O&M; Knowledge of inverters, SCADA systems, and HT/LT equipment Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills
