- Manage and supervise execution of civil works for government infrastructure/residential projects, Highrise Buildings. :
- Coordinate with consultants, and government officials to ensure smooth execution and approvals.
- Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance as per government standards and contractual obligations.
- Lead project teams, supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Handle documentation, billing, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure project delivery within budget, quality, and timelines.
Requirements :
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering with extensive exposure to government projects.
- Strong knowledge of government tendering, contracts, and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure works.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
