Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for summarization, classification, recommendations, and decision support .
- Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn , or similar frameworks.
- Develop document intelligence solutions including document processing, information extraction, and intelligent search.
- Implement AI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks , or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
- Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, security, scalability, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and enterprise AI solution delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Python .
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn , or similar ML frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, and Semantic Search .
- Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.




- Experience building AI solutions for summarization, classification, recommendation, and decision support .
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks , or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, model evaluation, and responsible AI .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise-scale AI/ML deployments.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI model optimization and productionization.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable AI systems.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering , or a related field.
