Project Architect (3-5 Years Experience) Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Office: Vennala, Kochi)

We are looking for a Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience to handle projects from design to execution. The role includes preparing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and managing client requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare architectural and working drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers and execution team
- Handle client meetings, requirements, and design revisions
- Ensure design implementation as per drawings on site
- Support in material selection and detailing
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress
- Handle residential, commercial, and interior projects

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture




- 3-5 years of experience
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3D knowledge
- Good understanding of site execution and materials
- Valuable communication skills
- Willing to travel for site visits

Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
