Job Description

Project analyst plans and coordinates complex AI/ML projects working across different cross-functionalteams.

The ideal candidate shall have experience managing software AI and data projectswhile masteringAgile and Scrum methodologies.

The candidate must haveexperiencewith theNew Product Introductionprocess (NPI) ensuring that innovative AI solutions move effectively from concept to ready for production.

Project analyst will work closely with Product Owners engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned well-governed and delivered timely and effectively and will be owning the KPI and Project reporting

Project analyst will beaccountablefor tracking capturing and validatingproject-related savingsin coordinationwith ProductOwnersBusiness LeadersandFinance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery:

- Lead theplanning and delivery of AI/ML software projects using Agile(Scrum/Kanban)or hybrid methodologiesaligned with the NPI framework.
- Ensureadherence to functionalproject management KPIs:On-Time Delivery savings trackeraccuracy business impactand specific AI success metrics defined during PoC or MvP phases.
- Track progress againstthe project roadmapand highlight schedule scope or resource risks.
- Proven experience on Project Management tools mandatory: JIRA Azure DevOps

Agile Project Coordination:

- Partnerclosely with Product Owners and software delivery teamsto maintain a healthy prioritized backlog.
- FacilitateAgile ceremonies including sprint planningdaily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
- Support alignment between sprint-level delivery and overallNPIproject milestones.

Risk Dependency & Issue Management:

- Identify track and manage project-level risks issues and cross-team dependencies.




- Support mitigation actions related to data readiness model development software integration anddeployment scalability.
- Proactivelyescalate risksand coordinate the resolution process to ensure project outcomes are not compromised.
- Maintain a rigorous risk registerto ensure project success in terms of business impact schedule and budget alignment.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

- Act as the central point of coordination betweentechnicaldelivery teams andbusinessstakeholders.
- Track and communicate project progress performance metrics andfinancialstatusto leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings action tracking andrigorousfollow-ups.
- Own project reporting bowler including OTD business impact backlog etc

Continuous Improvement:

- Support continuous improvement of Agile project execution and software delivery practiceswithin the Innovation function.
- Leadteams in identifying process enhancements and implementing lessons learnedfrom previous NPI cycles

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science information systems business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a software digital or data-driven environment.
- Strongworking knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum Kanban or hybrid)and traditional NPI/Stage-Gate processes.
- Proven ability to manageand influencecross-functional stakeholders.
- Robust communication organization andanalyticalskills.
