Job Title: Sales Hunter / Business Development Manager
Location: Pan India / Noida (as applicable)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Hunter responsible for identifying developing and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales lead generation pipeline creation and revenue growth through acquisition of new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers across target industries.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through cold calling networking referrals and market research.
- Develop account penetration strategies to win new logos.
- Engage with CXOs business stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business requirements.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals presentations commercials and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with solution presales delivery and bid management teams for customer pursuits.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related experience in new business acquisition and enterprise prospecting negotiation and relationship-building selling IT Services Digital Transformation Cloud AI/ML Infrastructure Cybersecurity or Managed Services (preferred).Excellent communication and presentation to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Skill Requirements
Robust network within Enterprise Government BFSI Manufacturing Telecom Healthcare or Public Sector handling complex RFP/RFI/RFQ record of exceeding sales targets.
