We are currently hiring for three critical executive roles to strengthen our operations and support our growth journey.

Executive - HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
- Oversee administrative and facilities management.
- Support cross‑functional teams and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- MBA/M.Com with 2-3 years’ HR/Admin experience in startups or dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems, attendance software, MS Office.

Executive - Logistics (Agri‑Inputs)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound & outbound logistics of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and nutrients.
- Coordinate with transporters and design cost‑effective delivery routes.
- Optimize schedules for rural/semi‑urban destinations.
- Handle documentation: Waybills, LRs, Delivery Challans, GST compliance.
- Work closely with warehouse teams for loading/unloading and shipment tracking.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Post‑Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, M.Com/MBA.
- 2-3 years’ experience in logistics (Agri inputs, chemicals, FMCG preferred).
- Strong MS Excel skills, GPS/LMS familiarity,



and knowledge of Maharashtra’s logistics landscape.

Executive - Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Generate MIS reports and financial insights for decision‑making.
- Collaborate with banks, funding institutions, and fintech partners.
- Provide cross‑functional support to Operations, HR, and Business Development.

Qualifications

- M.Com/B.Com with MBA (Finance).
- 2-5 years’ experience in accounting/finance/audit in startups or fast‑paced environments.
- Hands‑on with Tally, ERP, GST, TDS.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.

Working Conditions

- Working Days : Monday to Saturday
- Timings : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work Policy : Strictly no work from home .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
