Job Title : Dispatch & Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch & Store Executive to manage daily store operations, material dispatch, inventory control, and coordination with logistics and internal teams. The role requires solid organizational skills, basic technical understanding, and hands-on experience in store or dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials as per dispatch schedules

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents (challans, invoices, gate passes, delivery notes)

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / Excel

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials :

- Coordinate with logistics, production, and procurement teams for timely dispatch

- Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions when required

- Conduct physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



safety, and quality standards :

- Support audits and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of store management & dispatch processes :

- Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel :

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Ability to work under timelines and handle multiple tasks

- B.Tech graduate with 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, store, warehouse, or logistics operations

- Experience in manufacturing / supply chain / warehouse environment is an advantage

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced operational setup
