Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets across product segments
- Increase customer base and walk-in sales
- Conduct product and technical training sessions
- Manage inventory levels and stock audits
- Maintain sales loss records and coordinate with warehouse
- Execute marketing activities and collect customer feedback
- Manage social media visibility and customer reviews
- Lead and train outlet staff
- Ensure proper store opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Ensure daily sales deposits are completed on time
Requirements :
- Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma / ITI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic mathematical and technical skills
- Team management capability
- Retail experience preferred
