About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and solution design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements.
- Lead and mentor the development team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Review technical designs, architecture documents, and code quality.
- Oversee development, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams for successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.
Required Skills :
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong architectural expertise.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC,.NET Framework 4.x, and SQL Server .
- Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong database design, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with Git or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ERP Integration experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certifications will be an added advantage.
