- Learn and work on Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud :
- Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports :

Requirements :
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals (Admin / Developer basics preferred)
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning is a plus
