Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Graphic Design Creation :

- o Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including brochures, social media posts, banners, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

- o Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content for social media and advertising campaigns.

- o Create logos, icons, and illustrations that align with the brand identity.

- Image and Video Editing :

- o Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual assets to meet company standards and project needs.

- o Work with raw video footage to create compelling final cuts, including adding music, effects, and graphics.

- o Edit product photos, event images, or social media content to ensure high-quality visuals across all platforms.

- ∙ Design Refinement :

- o Edit, resize, and optimize digital media for various formats, including social media, websites, and print publications.

- ∙ Branding :

- o Ensure consistency in visual brand elements across all platforms, adhering to company guidelines.

- o Develop and maintain the visual style and brand assets for the company.

- ∙ Digital Design :

- o Stay updated with the latest trends in digital design and implement them in your work.

- ∙ Collaboration :

- o Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content creators, and developers to understand project needs and provide creative solutions.

- o Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback to improve designs.

- ∙ Project Management :

- o Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within deadlines.





- o Prepare and present design concepts and mockups for approval.

- ∙ Print and Production :

- o Prepare final artwork for print, ensuring high-quality output for physical marketing materials.

- o Work with print vendors and other stakeholders to ensure successful production.

- ∙ Creative Research :

- o Keep up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and techniques.

- o Research design concepts, fonts, and color schemes to enhance creativity and innovation.

Qualifications :

- ∙ Courses in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- ∙ Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- ∙ Proficiency in graphic design software , including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- ∙ Familiarity with web design principles, typography, and color theory.
- ∙ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Skills :

- ∙ Creativity and artistic skills to generate innovative designs.
- ∙ Robust communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
- ∙ Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- ∙ Ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
