Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of IT General Controls, including:

- User Access Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- Privileged Access Controls
- Change Management (Normal/Emergency Changes)
- Patch Management
- Backup & Recovery
- Conduct control walkthroughs, design evaluation, and operating effectiveness testing
- Identify control gaps, assess risk impact, and recommend remediation actions
- Prepare audit documentation, workpapers, and reports

ITAC (Application Controls)

- Test:

- Input, processing, and output controls

- Interface controls and data integrity checks

- System-enforced validations and workflows

- Assess reliability of system-generated reports used in financial reporting

- Work closely with functional teams (Finance, Operations) to understand business processes

Audit & Compliance

- Support audits related to:

- SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)

- Internal Audit / Risk Assessments

- ISO 27001 / SOC1 / SOC2 (good to have)

- Participate in risk assessments and audit planning

- Track and validate remediation of audit findings

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams
- Communicate audit findings clearly to stakeholders

Support external auditors during audit cycles

- 3-5 years of experience in:

- ITGC and ITAC testing

- Internal / External IT audits

- Strong understanding of:

- Access controls, change management, incident management

- Business process controls and financial reporting impact

- Hands-on experience with:

- ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday preferred)

- Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP - basic to intermediate)

- Experience in audit documentation and reporting

Preferred Certifications

- Certifications (any of the below):

- CISA

- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

- CPA / CA (added advantage)

- Exposure to:

- Data analytics in audits

- GRC tools (ServiceNow, Archer, etc.)

- Attention to detail and audit rigor
- Ability to handle multiple audit engagements
- Good communication and stakeholder management
