Job Overview

Sahaj Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced Manager - Accounts & Finance to manage daily accounting and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, expenses, and cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Maintain proper financial documents and records for audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost control.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and finance-related activities.
- Supervise and coordinate with the accounts team when required.





Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Qualification :B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA or equivalent .
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC .
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel .
- Experience with Tally, ERP, or other accounting software .
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
