Position : Assistant Manager - Application Support Location : Ahmedabad (or as applicable) Experience : 6-12 Years Education : Graduate/Postgraduate - Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer trials, installations, validations, and user training.
- Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Assist customers in method development, optimization, troubleshooting, and result interpretation.
- Stay updated on national and international food safety standards, testing methods, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and technical events.
- Support new product launches by conducting technical evaluations and market feedback analysis.
- Provide regular technical training to Sales teams.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
