Role Overview Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop current business opportunities through schools, colleges, coaching institutes, tuition centres, educational organizations, and other institutional partners. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, school management, coaching owners, institutional decision-makers, and key influencers. - Conduct regular field visits to identify new business prospects and strengthen existing partnerships. - Plan and execute workshops, seminars, career guidance sessions, promotional activities, and institutional engagement programs. - Generate high-quality leads through institutional networking, events, referrals, and field activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead management and business conversion. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.



- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence for management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Territory Sales, or Relationship Management. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language is preferred.
