Kruverse is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive / Manager responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO .

Key Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the Performance Marketing Executive / Manager is to take ownership of Kruverse's digital acquisition and growth by: Planning → Executing → Tracking → Optimizing → Scaling → Generating Revenue

Core Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO .
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-customer conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.




- Work closely with the sales/client relationship team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
- Continuously test and implement new digital marketing strategies.
