We are looking for a passionate and data-driven performance marketing specialist to join our marketing team and contribute to scaling our digital presence and business growth. - Job Summary - Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across google ads, meta-ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including roas, cpa, cpl, ctr, conversion rate, and cac.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance
- Perform a/b testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design, seo, social media, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using google analytics (ga4), google tag manager (gtm), meta business suite, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.




- Support website performance initiatives and work with development teams for tracking implementation and conversion optimization. - Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce, d2c, or digital agency. - Strong Knowledge Of

- Google ads
- Meta-ads manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google analytics (ga4)
- Google tag manager (GTM)
- Google search console
- Experience with shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, utm parameters, and attribution models
- Basic knowledge of seo and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Preferred Qualifications
- Google ads and meta blueprint certifications are a plus
- Experience with marketing automation or crm tools is an added advantage
