Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
- Identify recent business opportunities and key markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams

- Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing
- Experience as Branch Manager/Head
