We are looking for motivated fresher’s to join our team as Property Advisors for Newtown area . You don’t need prior experience. Team will provide comprehensive training to teach you everything about the property market, client handling, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Area Specialization : Learn the ins and outs of the Newtown residential and commercial real estate market.
- Client Interaction : Accompany prospective buyers to property sites in Newtown and explain project features, amenities, and pricing.
- Lead Management : Call potential leads, understand their property requirements, and schedule site visits.
- Deal Support : Assist senior managers in closing property deals and handling basic documentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Eligibility : Open to freshers (Recent graduates in any stream are welcome).
- Communication& Body language :
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with confident body language.
- Locality Knowledge : Familiarity with the Newtown area/routes is a major plus.
- Attitude : A high energy level, positive attitude, and a strong hunger to learn and earn.
