- Work closely with existing home buyers, retail shops, malls etc. and existing/recent upcoming

housing societies, high & low-rise buildings etc.

- Drive Sales Campaigns, do demonstrations, Generate Leads & Win orders.
- Represent GHFL at Point of Sales
- Achieve predefined Sales Targets (Daily, Weekly & Monthly targets)

Key Deliverables

- Strengthen Brand Visibility & Product Awareness in the Market
- Explore Potential Customers, end users, retail buyers
- Work closely with potential RWA’s, housing federations, End users, Society Architects,

PMC’s, Contractors in the B2C domain

- Make a strong network of local glass, windows, curtains, blinds,



retails shops & dealers and

attach them with Garware Master distributor / Experience center.

- Generate Repeat & Referral chain of Customers.
- Report Market Analysis and MIS - Daily & Weekly

Educational, Experience & Skill-Sets Requirements

- Graduate and MBA Marketing (preferred)
- Presentable Personality, Good Communication in English, Hindi & Local Language
- (preferred) Proven experience of 5 - 08 Years in the Housing & home buyers’ ecosystem
- Strong Customer Centricity with Result & Achievement Orientation
- Hands on experience of Direct Sales Tools & Techniques, Demonstrations
- Passion to Travel and Connect with People.
