- Repair or replace faulty components such as:

- Motherboard diagnosis & repair :
- Sound/Speaker issues :
- Touchpad repair/replacement :
- Keyboard & Mouse troubleshooting :
- HDD/SSD replacement and troubleshooting :
- Laptop/Desktop screen replacement & testing :
- Battery, charger, DC jack and other hardware issues
Laptop/Desktop Testing
- Perform complete quality testing before dispatch or rental.
- Ensure systems are fully functional and ready for customer use.
- Conduct performance checks and preventive maintenance.
Software Installation & Configuration
- Install and configure Windows OS .
- Install necessary drivers, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other required software .
- Configure printers, internet, and basic networking settings.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues.
