Job Summary : Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks while ensuring kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare ingredients, basic cooking, and plating as directed
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ensure workstation is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Proper storage and labeling of food items
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and quality standards

Skills & Requirements :

- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen safety
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Team-oriented and eager to learnHotel/culinary education preferred
