Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily kitchen operations in a hotel environment
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Manage kitchen staff and assign duties
- Monitor inventory and reduce food wastage
- Ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Handle guest feedback related to food quality

Requirements :

- 1-2 years experience in hotel kitchen jobs or restaurant kitchen

- Knowledge of Indian & Continental cuisine :

- Experience in kitchen supervision / chef supervisor role :

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards

Salary & Benefits:
