Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery : Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering Hindi grammar, literature, and creative writing in strict accordance with the CBSE syllabus.
- Student Engagement : Foster an engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation, debate, and a love for the Hindi language.
- Assessment & Evaluation : Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments. Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to help them improve their linguistic skills.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of students' academic progress, attendance, and holistic development.
- Parent Communication : Conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
to discuss student performance and provide actionable strategies for improvement.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Academic : Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a recognized university with
- Professional : B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with Hindi as one of the teaching methodologies.
- Core Skills Required :
- Impeccable command over written and spoken Hindi (Shuddh Hindi).
- Working knowledge of English for internal school communication and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in modern teaching aids, smart board usage, and online learning platforms.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
