PCS Global Group provides end-to-end international accounting and administrative support services. We are hiring a professional and highly articulate Receptionist who will be deployed directly on the client’s seat, managing their portfolio, calls, and front-desk communication for Australian operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the client’s business
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Australian clients in a professional and confident manner
- Manage and oversee the client’s call portfolio and daily communication flow
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the client’s internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk and communication management
- Represent the client brand with professionalism and strong communication skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Receptionist / International Calling / Client Coordination role
- Prior experience handling Australian clients or working in international process preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent is mandatory)
- Strong portfolio and call management ability
- High level of professionalism and confidence
- Comfortable working in early morning Australian shift (4:30 AM IST onwards)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
