Transcription : Listen to physician dictations and accurately type patient histories, medical summaries, and diagnostic reports (e.g., X-rays, lab results).

- Data Entry : Input clinical data and transcribed reports directly into the hospital's EHR/EMR system.
- Quality Assurance : Review and edit drafted documents for spelling, grammar, and medical terminology to ensure 98%+ accuracy before physician sign-off.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical secretaries to clarify missing or ambiguous information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
