Customer Support Associate

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Full-time | Work From Office)

Job Overview

- We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our Lucknow office. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and voice processes and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Work Details

- 8 working hours + 1 hour break
- 6 days working (1 rotational week off)
- Rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

- ₹14,000 - ₹15,500 in-hand
- ₹1,500 night shift allowance (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat or voice
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication skills (English required)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment

Job Types : Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
