Job Description - Customer Care Executive

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh

Role: Customer Care Executive

Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Working Days: 5 Days

Salary : ₹23,000 + Huge Incentives

Qualification: Any Graduate

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice/ chat support.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain good customer experience and follow company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality.
