Job Title: Associate - Customer Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide clear and accurate product/service information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Requirements :

- Experience : 6 months to 5 years in online sales or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent speaking and writing skills are required
- Graduation preferred (not mandatory)




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valuable problem-solving ability and patience
