- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions in CRM/software
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements :
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English and any regional language (Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
