Role Overview The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience to customers. The role requires handling high-value clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring premium service standards that align with the brand image.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers .
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain client database and follow up for repeat purchases and loyalty engagement.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and product availability.
- Support store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure the store ambiance and service standards meet luxury retail expectations.




- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hospitality).
- Experience working with jewellery, or high-end lifestyle products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach.
