Job Purpose
The Welcome Girl is responsible for greeting customers warmly, creating a positive first impression, assisting in customer flow, and supporting basic front-desk and store coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers politely and professionally upon entry.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department or sales staff.
- Maintain a welcoming, pleasant, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide general store information.
- Inform sales staff about customer arrival when required.
- Assist during peak hours, offers, or promotional events.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the entrance/front area.
- Follow company etiquette, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Support store staff in crowd management during rush hours.
- Report customer feedback or concerns to the Store Manager.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; English preferred)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Team player with a positive approach
Qualification
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is an added advantage (not mandatory)
Working Hours
- As per store shift schedule
- Weekly off as per company policy
Salary & Advantages

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
