Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
- Introduce and explain health, motor, life, travel, and general insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where required.
- Follow up with interested prospects until policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy processing.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Update lead status and prepare daily activity reports.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, Telecalling, or Sales is an added advantage.
