- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in order to drive sales growth
- Identify potential customers and generate leads to increase sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products or services
- Prepare and present sales proposals and conduct negotiations with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for achieving sales goals
- Keep abreast of market trends,
competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly
