Sales and Marketing Executive

Location : ( Sundernagar) Institute : Kanika's Nursing Academy Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

- Promote the academy’s nursing courses (offline & online) to prospective students and parents
- Handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions
- Visit colleges, hospitals, and nursing institutes for promotional activities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and events
- Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials
- Maintain a solid presence on social media platforms to generate leads
- Collaborate with the telecalling team and support them in converting leads
- Regularly report performance metrics and targets to the management

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or education sector (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Must be willing to travel locally for fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the education/coaching industry
- Knowledge of nursing or medical field is an added advantage

Salary : Fixed + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Working Hours : [Insert working hours - e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday] Target-Based Role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
