Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to improve business strategies.
- Participate in promotional activities, networking events, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.




- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
