Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Abizob India, responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, pitching our diverse range of products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Whether through field visits or digital outreach, your goal will be to expand our market presence and achieve consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and social media outreach.
- Client Acquisition : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential B2B or retail clients, effectively communicating the value of Abizob’s offerings.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined follow-ups and effective closing techniques.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to help refine our sales strategies.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Graduate in any stream (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Persuasion : Proven ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Mindset : Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Technical : Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
