Operations Manager

Job Summary

FOID is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, Site, Showroom and Administration .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across departments.
- Coordinate between Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, Site and Showroom teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track project and operational timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, delays and process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists and operational processes .
- Monitor manpower, resources and productivity across operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and external agencies as required.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, production requirements and site resources.
- Monitor operational costs and support management in improving efficiency and cost control.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards and operational reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation, communication and follow-up across teams.
- Handle operational issues and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support implementation of systems, processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards and operational procedures.
- Work closely with management to improve accountability,



discipline, ownership and cross-functional coordination .

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field. :

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Operations, Project Operations or a similar role.

- Prior experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, Construction or related firm is preferred. :

- Experience coordinating multiple teams, projects, vendors and operational functions.

- Valuable understanding of interior/project execution workflows will be an advantage.

- Good understanding of project workflows, processes and operational management .
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and team coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools .
